Sloppy Joe. Slop, Sloppy Joe!

I admit this meal is a bit of a cop-out. I'm usually a much more adventurous cook, but sloppy joes are a popular request in our house. It's Friday, I'm fighting a cold, so I said -- why not?

Every time I make them, we sing the refrain to Adam Sandler's "Lunchlady Land." Even my three-year-old sings it when she learns we're having sloppy joe - slop, sloppy joe. Yeah.
