Is it a Banksy?

Travelling on Friday 13th is not to be recommended - seem to recall being on a flight from LA to Austin last time the 13th was on a Friday - this time only a train to London. Arrived early for the meeting so had a wonder round Mayfair, I found this grafitti down an alley linking Old Bond Street to Albermarle stree - a possible Banksy?? Also spotted the picture of the black cat in an exclusive fish restaurant - for those that know me the black cat has significance

Good meeting in London glad to be back home now - my colleagues today were trying to convince me to take part in a 7 day delegation to China, Japan and Korea - will need to think about that one!!
