Geese on the Dam

Got up and ran this morning. There must be something wrong with me, call the crazy house. I hate mornings, and I don't like running.

I tried out one of my new tips from PT yesterday - cadence. I stayed up last night building a very small playlist of songs roughly in the right bpm range. Then I ran to the beat. Right away I noticed that it took much of the pressure off my muscles and joints and transferred it to my cardio. Going to need to work on that cardio now...
