For a few dollars more
Messing about with the camera today and took some shots of these little fellas. We brought them back from a beach in California. Originally we thought they might be fossils but in fact they are the skeletons of a type of echinoid, cousins to sea urchins.
By the time you find them on the beach they are usually dead and they get bleached by the sun. They are very beautiful and very fragile.
