Groovy Grevillia

The rain prevented my walk and blip time today...so it was a quick dash outside in between downpours.
I have been meaning to take pics of these Groovy Grevillias for ages...I do so love the colors...... so not only are they lovely they attract and feed several types of birds/parrots....what a wonderful species.

I have been packing most of the day getting ready to sail away on the high seas for a wee holiday with my Mum and Sister In Law.
Ive put on a bit of weight lately and nothing seems to fit....also because of living in the country I don't have any of those glitzy gowns or frocks or anything like that really....My Sister in Law however works in Fashion and has it all.....I think we are going to look like a bunch of 'Unusual Suspects'.
