tomorrow is the 25 mile time trial that i've been preparing for for months. i have a new bike, new elvish helmet, over shoes...
even the weather forecast is perfect.
but i feel like shit. bad throat and that stingy, phlegm stuff burning in the back of my mouth.


now playing (as it has been all day): 'for emma, forever ago' by bon iver. the album isn't as good as his performance on jools holland but it is a great record.
