I think it says a lot that at 23:41 I consider this a post with more than adequate timing.

If ever I could be excused though, today would give cause.

THE WEDDING

Tempted to leave it at that :) Well and truly knackered having had next to no sleep and a long long but enjoyable day. The service was lovely and the church very, churchy. In actual fact, I'm so tired now that this seems an adequate description of today's events.

Weddings are always funny things I think but my sister has waited a long time for today and Mr Husband did her proud today. I always like him from our first meeting and seeing them and nephew number together two day just proves just how well matched they are.

Nephew number one, acting as best man today, has been on top form consistently. My 'best bit' was his ad libing of the hymns including some choice phrases about just what the 'lord' could do for him, mainly helping the service to go a little quicker to allow us to get at the grub.

I would say congratulations, but chances are they won't see this. Oh well congratulations anyway.
