Say Titanic Again...

If you've been living in Nome, Alaska, or you've been locked away in solitary confinement, you just might not be aware that this month is the 100th anniversary of the launch and demise of the White Star liner, RMS Titanic. The local tourist board, various government departments and far too many businesses have been milking it for all it is worth. We've had Titanic Soda Bread, Titanic Potato Crisps, Titanic Tea, many businesses have been renamed with Titanic in their title, including countless fish and chip shops across the city of Belfast and beyond, and frankly we're all a little fed up hearing about the bloody ship!
I think local graphic designer, Christopher Flack, captured how we're feeling with this graphic: Say Titanic Again - I'd love to get this on a t-shirt.
My final words on the subject are this: It was alright when it left here! (No reflection on the English Captain and the Scottish Navigator, then) LOL
