Threave Castle...

the weather was interesting today, sunny, hailstones, rain, drizzle and sunshine again sometimes all at once. Our waterproofs were put to the test while waiting for the boat man to take us across to the castle, glad it was not windy to. We had a lovely time wandering about the castle and sitting in the bird hides watching the Ospreys fly, and the Roe deer munch on some lush grass. We went to the cocoa bean at twynholm for lunch and a blue slushee. After that we headed home to watch some tv and chill out.
