Our Easter treat
Daughter and I Eurostarred ourselves over to Paris aujourd hui
Rode down to Eiffel Tower on the 42 bus
Bateau down to Notre Dame
Ate glaces at Glacier Berthillon (fraise du bois et praline)
Wandered around shops
Picnic in front of the Pomidou Centre
M4 back to Gare du Nord
Et (after an international discussion covering cricket, politics and the education system, Mumbai and San Francisco) arrived back at St Pancras.
PS can someone change the big clock on the Eurostar platform (by the enormous Olympic rings) to read Current BST and not one hour behind GMT
