Hey, I've got some new shoes on..

I'm back! Did you miss me?

Had a day off today.

An appointment with my lovely dentist (yes, I know, not many people will say their dentist is lovely, but my one really is lovely. If you need a dentist in Edinburgh let me recommend her) for a temporary filling then a wander round the shops all on my own. It was fab.

As well as these great new shoes (yes Mr Flagship store manager, the branch at Cameron Toll did have them in stock), I bought a Madeleine tin, an icing pen, a pair of knitting needles, an ironing board cover, an extendible shelf, a sports bra and 2 gift bags.

After our Paris trip last week, and watching the beautiful Rachel Khoo in her tiny kitchen, I'm going to try her Madeleine's with raspberry and lemon curd. Watch this space....

PS. The shoes are a soft blue/grey colour but I liked this effect.
