There & Back

It's been a good & busy day today. I took lots of pictures today & it was hard to chose what to blip. I decided on this one in the end. I took this on my morning beach work. It's my boot print which was still there when I turned around to go back home.

I had a chiropractor appointment (which was rearranged from last week) and I felt AMAZING afterwards :-)

I met up with Sylwia & Elsie for lunch and when I got back home, Mark & I sat on the sea wall with a cup of tea in the glorious sunshine.

I'm surprised I found time to do any work today - but I did :-)
