View From the Mineral Tramways
I have not been looking forward to today, for it was my late husbands inquest this morning. My husband died on the 4th May 2011. Inevitably it brought back a lots of very difficult memories. the verdict was as expected. My nephew was with me and was a great support.
This afternoon when he had to go, I decide to go out and go up to the Mineral Tramways. This is an area I used to walk with my late husband, so this afternoon was very reflective to me.
We are seeing so much beautiful gorse all around in the hedgerow. I new there would be a lot there. This is what I thought I would take, but I have decided to make this image my Blip today.
This area is where a lot of tin mining took place. The mineral tramways took the tin to the harbour and bring the coal from the harbour to fire the mine engines.
