The Anteater's Dilemma

On our evening walk we came across a crack between the sidewalk curb and grass that was absolutely teeming with tiny ants. Corra, being the curious critter she is, decides that sniffing and then licking them is the best course of action in this case. Slurped up a pile of ants -_- They aren't fire ants (thankfully!) but she was batting her mouth for a while afterwards and rubbing her face on the ground. I took pity on her (since I was amused by her ant eating ...) and pulled some off of the inside of her lips. Ouch! She's totally fine though, just got some extra protein :D
