Rude awakening

Ok. I'm not in the habit of killing things but there are two creatures that stand no chance when they get in to my flat. Flies (filthy, disgusting creatures) and wasps (pointless, annoying, angry little *****). This morning a fly flew in the window and woke me up about 40 minutes before I had to get up. I was less than impressed so it got "raided"!

Work was ok. It's quiet this week as loads of folks are off on holiday.

This evening I visited a friend of mine who had her appendix out on Monday. She had some complications due to other medical conditions so has been quite poorly. Didn't stop her being her usual cheeky self! Was nice to see her on good form.

(the lighting is really poor as I have energy saving lightbulbs and was too impatient to wait for it to brighten up as I wanted to get to bed to read my book after blipping!! I'm really not very good at this malarky!)
