White-crowned Sparrow in Palm Desert CA

This sparrow is a fairly common bird, but I loved the backdrop of the desert and the light on these branches in the tree. This is travel day for us, so this afternoon we will be home:) I am looking forward to my own bed!! Vacations are always fun, but home is good too:)
