Come on slowcoah!

He's waiting for me because he was getting closer to a road so I'd shouted 'Jonty, Stop' which, I'm glad to say, he always does.
He had half turned to watch me catching up with him. For these side roads I tell him to stay 'Close' and he trots along by my left foot and then stops with me at the roadside. When I move off with my left foot he follows on until we are across the road and then I release him with an 'Ok' so he can go and wander and sniff around.
He's a very good dog but I do always put the lead on him when we are close to other roads as he is prone to lose his mind if he sees a pussy cat but don't say that too loud because he knows what it means!
