It was wet......

So he came in soaked and is now gently purring on my knee.

Today has been a washout challenging. We had the car handbrake fixed yesterday but ended up with smoking wheels in a layby waiting for the mechanic.

After he slackened off the brake, we couldn't restart the car - battery flat so said mechanic had to go get jump leads. I hitched a lift back home with him.

So no Asda shopping today and the car is back in the garage.

Went to the library and got caught in the rain again.

I'm having a quiet day otherwise.
