Oh deer!

A day of slightly mixed results. I was in Keswick today for a story-telling event and we saw these deer as we were walking down to the lake. The morning event was not as well attended as we hoped and I was unable to stay for the afternoon. The renovation of our conservatory is nearly finished but one of the two lovely chaps doing the work managed to drop a spanner on one of the roof panels. I think they wished the company had not given such a good quote for the work which is being much more 'challenging' than they imagined.
The deer are much cropped, but not as much as Chloe was yesterday.
