...in the Victorian Arcade in Leeds. Luckily the council didn't demolish all the old building in the city centre. Some years ago this small area in the centre was returned to its former Victorian glory.

Most of the shops are smaller units and tend to be expensive, and if you really want to splash out there's Harvey Nicks as well.
