five years

there are five years of letters between the two of us and they are one of my most prized possessions. this incredible record of our friendship and our lives - our ups and downs, all our ridiculous dreams.

i am officially approaching the asymptote of things i can commit to and this is probably a good thing because i love everything i am doing so it is joyful, from the heart. but i also find moments in which i am consuming an entire bag of gummi bears while speaking about texas 4000 travel on a 1.5 hour long conference call in a classroom at work because i didn't have enough time to drive home slightly disconcerting.

of course those who know me know i thrive in this environment.

today i think i solved a minor/major/bothersome problem that has been bugging me for almost a month. and i did it in classic kathryn fashion, with a solution that is crazy in and of itself. so much so that it might work. not sure yet, but pretty sure.
