Game On

Not my most creative shot, but I thought it was interesting.

TJ Maxx (a US discount store) was having this promotional thing on the sidewalk today - people were lining up to play this weird video game (on the billboard-sized video screen) where they made the little person on the screen go around shopping.

I'm not sure what the point was, really. I guess they gave you a coupon or something when you finished. i didn't hang around to find out.


I think I was half-expecting George W to pop out from under some rock with a roll of duct tape, exhorting us to follow the game's example so we can overcome our "mental recession."

I definitely didn't want to be around for that.
