Muffler

After nearly a week of waiting I went to pick up my bikes muffler from the motorcycle exhaust specialists. They really did a great job cutting and repacking the thing. It looks like new! Judging by the weight of it now I suspect there wasn't much packing left in it before.

After taking this photo I bolted it onto the bike and went for a quick ride. I can't say I really noticed much difference apart form the fact that the exhaust note is quieter. Now I will need to ride it every day for a while to see if the intermittent power problem plays up again.

Early blip today. I am on afternoon shift which is not my preference at the moment but I suspect I will get used to it. Having mornings off gets me more time to get things done. It is also good fgor sleep ins.
