Molly's Expensive Salad

We are looking to eat a bit lighter and looking for new fresh tasty salads so I consulted one of my favorite cookbooks written by a local woman named Molly, whom I call by first name as if we were friends despite never having met her. She had this radicchio, radish, cilantro and other things salad that sounded good and was certainly different! Little did I know, radiccio is ridiculously EXPENSIVE!! Perhaps it is just not in season, but this salad ended up costing us $9 just for the radiccio. It became instantly and forever known as "Molly's Expensive Salad" and was not nearly delicious enough to justify the cost.
