I have just discovered 'Plenty' the recipe book from Yotam Ottolenghi. I had no idea that vegetarian food could set the taste buds tingling. I cooked mushrooms, garlic and shallots with lemon ricotta, but the combination of herbs (tarragon, mint and thyme) lifted this dish to a new dimension.
