autumn arrives

the last day of the long weekend today and the surf was so busy during the day, and the promenade along bondi was packed this evening - everyone making the most of their last day before the return to work.

there's definitely a chill in the air at sunrise and sunset now and the light is taking on that autumn crispness. i loved the reflections on the sand this evening before the sunset. the colours almost reminded me of my trip to Venice (Italy) in September. i did try taking some more silhouette shots as dark fell, but i think the brighter, cheerier shot is the blip winner today!
