magnet therapy

I am not a fan of what my dad calls "snake oil" remedied, but I am now sold on magnets and joint pain. My ankle has not hurt for over a week. I have one of these little gold magnets taped on each side of my ankle.

Friday was a busy day at work, but with all the Easter candy around it was manageable.
