Nothing much exciting going on today, so I settled down in front of the TV with a glass of beer and a some cheese and oatcakes. I picked up this cheese at the Artisan Cheesemaker stall at Stockbridge market last week, it's a "Hebridean Blue Cheese" made by "Isle of Mull Cheese" it won the World Cheese Silver award in 2011.

It is a delicious creamy blue cheese, not too strong a smell to it but a lovely strong flavour.
