Cotton Reels

Taken at the Museum of Science and Industory (MOSI - though surely it should be MoSaI?) in Manchester. This was one of the original spinning machines used in the cotton industry which put Manchester at the heart of the Industrial revolution.

The museum turned out to be a lot more interesting that I feared - the food in the cafe was almost very good.
