Rainy Bank Holiday

It has been raining all day today. We knew it was going to rain, so we went to the aquarium. It was very, very busy, and difficult to get close enough to see things properly. A couple of times bigger children pushed me out of the way, but I just waited my turn. I liked the jelly fish, the turtles and the sea horses, especially looking at them from inside this dome! You see the one with the big tummy? That's the daddy sea horse; he carries the babies. I told Mum and Dad that fact. After the aquarium we had a long lunch in Brasserie Blanc (Mum and Dad's bit of the day!). After lunch we went to the cinema to see The Pirates! In An Adventure With Scientists. I liked it, especially when they saved Polly.

Orla and I are flying home tomorrow. I'm glad I have the airport and plane to distract her from the fact that her holiday is over. Post-holiday blues for all of us on Wednesday I imagine, but it least then it's a three-day week!
