Pasha

Pasha (or paskha/pascha) is a quark-based Easter delicacy. It is an especially traditional Easter dish in the Eastern Orthodox countries, but has also become one here in Finland as well. Industrially manufactured pasha such as this looks a bit different compared to the original dish.
