I biked to the Matinkylä beach which was still all ice but I could see the sea shining blue further away, I decided i'd bike along the seashore to the point where the open sea reaches the shores and then stop.

Where I ended up, the hay or reed have been tangled to the low tree branches by the seashore since the Boxing day storms, maybe even earlier.
