what does one do when it rains all day and all is closed because of easter monday:
1. make American pancakes for breakfast
2. make home made spaghetti with fresh tomatoes for lunch
3. enjoy a coffee 'what else'
4. have an apéritif with 'spring' rolls hoping that this will affect the weather
5. make home made mini-milk breads with sesame seeds
