L'omelette de la Saint Loup
An Easter Monday tradition here: go out into the countryside, pick some wild asparagus, light a fire, and make an omelette. In our village, it's the first opportunity after the winter to get together outdoors and catch up on gossip over a well lubricated lunch. Despite dodgy weather the last few days, it was a beautiful day to spend les doigts de pied en éventail. Almost too hot in fact!
