The Path

One day I'm going to walk all the way to the end. Through both gates. There may be more, but I don't know. I know it goes all the way down to the River Lud. It does go past peoples front windows and doors. It also goes through what must be peoples gardens. I watch people who live down there walk down this path, through the gates and disappear amongst all that greenery.
