Beware of buffalo?

'Attenti Alle Bufale'. That's the title of this cute little book . If only the content was as appealing. It took me a while to figure out that 'buffalo' is used in Italian to mean 'red herring'. At least in the murky world of Evidence Based Medicine it is.

I am totally immersed in this stuff at the moment, putting in 12 hour days to organise, write and run a course.
