No sign of an Indian summer

I've kept convincing myself that we'd have an indian summer this year and we'd end up wit a sustained period of clear dry weather. No sign of it so far unfortunately. I'm just hoping we get a wee burst of nice weather in th eOctober week when we're in London for a few days. There's plenty to do if it is miserable but Maddy has never been before and we already have tickets arranged for the bus tours and the London eye.

Knowing my luck though it won't stop raining until it starts snowing.
