Portsmouth

Had a great meal at Jamie's last night followed by an excellent nights sleep. Then up and out and we headed for the Historic Dockyard, starting with a harbour cruise around all the currently docked Royal Navy ships - the new destroyers don't half look evil. Impressive. Followed that with the Mary Rose museum then the Victory, before a very good interactive Battle of Trafalgar experience complete with sights, sounds and smells. Great place to visit even though we only saw half of it - will return to use the rest of our ticket (neat idea).

Lunch in a gastropub on the way back home (sublime - a very good food weekend had), then into town this evening to see potty mouthed Geordie lass Sarah Millican at the Swan. Funny.
