Who said the Easter Bunny had to be happy?
So with Easter here I am now free to enjoy any of life's little foody treats sooooo...... Cake for breakfast, midget gems for lunch, curry for dinner and chocolate for dessert. Perfect! I am trying to ignore my tummy ache though.
The kids got up early this morning and happily sat amongst the choc eggs and flip flops the bunny brought them. Didn't notice them at all!
Went for a run with my uncle and my mum. Ive not run with either of them before, made a nice change. My mums only just started so is building up her distance so we went for the walk run walk approach and then I ran home.
When I got back the kids were going mental from all the chocolate so we had to have a 30 minute run around session to bob Marley albums. All dance moves welcome provided they weren't dangerous to others.
With the steam nicely let off, we went to The Rose for a curry with my mum, aunt and family. We'd discussed in advance, going back to my mums for an Easter egg hunt but didn't agree who would be supplying the eggs. Hence us all contributing & there being about 80 eggs hidden! It was quite a long hunt, put it that way.
We got back home not long ago only to realise we've left the blooming highchair in the restaurant. A good excuse to go back I reckon.
Hope you've all had a nice day. X
