Green and Grey

Greenfinches are only an occasional visitor in the garden, so I was pleased that this one stayed around for long enough to allow me to get my camera ready. It's been breezy today. I think windy weather is probably my least favourite because it means that the sky and weather change, so you can never settle to the right camera settings or the right clothes for outdoors, or indeed weather to stay in or go out. I've spent most of the day doing a bit more organising my photo library and teaching myself the rudiments of Photoshop - a bit of a learning curve, but I think I'm making progress. I'm not ready to unleash any dramatic creations on Blip yet though.
