Haircut anyone?

Getting a haircut or a shave in a park. I suppose it's best that they do this out of the wind. I saw it in another city in China and it was just on the side of a busy street on a windy day.

This guy was getting a shave and I have no idea whether the 'shaver' was happy with me taking his pic.
