Preserved Lemons.

Happy Easter! After a late night last night I've spent my morning tidying and cleaning in an attempt to avoid my last piece of coursework! Earlier this week I made me and J a chicken tagine which required preserved lemons that I couldn't source! So I decided to follow Jamie Oliver's advice and make my own! These should be ready to use in a month.
