Swanning About

Sensible calm swans. They don't go out on stupid training runs on gorgeous spring Easter Saturday relaxation days.

This was taken about 14 miles into a 22 miles run.

At this point I was still capabale of appreciating nature and looking at all the beauty and saying " wow "

Not long after it had descended into a duet of me and my mate swearing in time to the music and not knowing whether to laugh, cry, wee or vomit. 22 miles really smarts but we did it!!


Had a substantial reward after with a meal at Raymond Blanc's resturant in Leeds for my mate Michelle's 40th.

A great great day but am going to have to spend half of Easter Sunday in the horizontal chocolate eating position.
