Sunday cycle

Kicked off our last day in Melbourne with a dip in the pool before heading into town. Breakfasted jn Federation Square and caught a slightly random but ultimately fun free acrobatic show as part of the Melbourne Comedy festival. Hired bikes near the Square and cycled along the River Yarra. A good effort from all, especially the youngest of the family, who completed her longest ever bike ride. Rewarded ourselves with a sit down in the cinema to watch The Pirates - not quite what it could have been but fun and helped everyone recuperate from the morning's activities. Now back at the hotel for dinner before catching the sleeper train back to Sydney. Don't tell anyone but I'm very excited about the train.

Don't know when but we would very much like to come back to Melbourne. And not just because the hotel has the nicest prosecco I have ever had...
