Lock but no key

Ken's new bicycle comes complete with a lock but no key.

We went to a locksmith.
He tried to pick the lock; failed.
He tried to cut it with bolt croppers; failed.
Finally, he succeeded but Ken covered his ears to keep out the noise! Cute.

Now he has a new lock complete with keys.
