Lake Mahinapua

Relaxing breakfast this morning then out for a drive. We turned in to Lake Mahinapua As we haven't seen it before. What a lovely spot and so close to the main road. This is Doug sitting at the end of the jetty contemplating life ( actually sitting there because I asked him too :-) )

Today was one of those days I could have blipped loads of pics, we headed south of Ross and found a really nice beach to have a wander, then went to Rimu where they have a little heritage trail overlooking the Hokitika River.

It feels great to have so many days off doing nothing.
