Tri-Factor

The Cousteau famine that has been happening over the past few months seems to have been broken with a flood.

We had a quite wonderful walk on the beach with JL, Lenci and Albie. It had the lot, stick throwing, swimming (them, not us), running, dunes, forest and big, big beach.

I've been a little sore in the joints department for the past few days, and wasn't sure how I'd go on the beach. I was a little achy afterwards, but nothing that a couple of Panadiene couldn't keep at bay.

Then a lovely afternoon with B, followed by a spot of TV watching and some food.

Off to Mass at Midnight and then home to bed at almost 2 am. Hence this blip being posted 'tomorrow'.
