Hoops, no, it's art. Specially created for the Edinburgh Schience Festival. That's obvious, given the skirts. I mean the kilts.

This just reminds me of our discussion with Sailfish about what might be the definition of "art" nowadays. I really should google it as my memory is telling me that the word "creation" was somehow involved.

This at least looks like a good gig though, while the turbines are just refuse. Still would be curious how much it's cost us.
