(presque) fini

I managed to sneak out to the garage today for an hour and a half to finish off the commuting bike: the frame was stripped and painted and a new back wheel was built. That alongside converting it to single speed (42x17) should make it pretty rock solid. A few extra new bits (stem, handlebars) and it's looking pretty nice. Well, I think so!

The only reason it's not totally done is a) I need to refit the front light and b) fit a half-step chain (it's an old mountain bike and so has vertical dropouts; unfortunately I need to remove 0.5" from the chain which on a regular chain isn't possible).
