Shambles.

Went to Kew this afternoon to meet up with R&J and watch the boat race.

This was taken half way through the race and you will notice a lack of urgency and the boats pointing in different directions.

There had been a swimmer in the water, the restart gave Cambridge their advantage again, then Oxford lost an oar! I reckon the dark blues just threw it away.

It was all entertaining and it felt very special to be able to watch it from a private jetty. Followed by a fabulous curry and a long talk about old times. Great fun and a lovely afternoon.
